Orders


 How long will it take to receive my order?  

Order processing is 3 – 5 business days and shipping time is an additional 1 – 5 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

 How much is shipping?  

Our shipping rates are based upon FedEx’s real time rates. They factor in your destination, shipping method, and weight of your package.

 Can I ship to multiple addresses on one order?  

No, not at this time. Please place one order per shipping address.

 Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?  

No, unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s.

 What type of credit cards do you accept?  

We accept American Express, Master Card, Discover, and VISA.


Return Policy


 Do you accept returns?

Yes, but only for consumer orders. Small items such as 5-packs or individual units may be returned if defective. Returned merchandise must be pre-authorized by Scentco, Inc. Customer Service and will be reviewed based on product performance or decoration quality only. Documentation of the intent to return must be made within 30 calendar days and the product must be received within 60 calendar days of receipt of delivery.

A return authorization number (RMA) must be obtained in writing prior to return of merchandise for any reason and must accompany any merchandise returned, or our Receiving Department will not accept return shipment. Merchandise returned due to a Scentco, Inc. error or defective product will be replaced at no charge. No replacement product or credit will be issued for merchandise that is unavailable for return. Seasonal products and Smanimals cannot be returned.

Products will be subject to a 20% return stocking fee.

 Do you accept wholesale returns?  

If you made a wholesale purchase and wish to return the product, please contact our Customer Service team for an RMA number. Our receiving department will not accept returns without an RMA. Product bought in bulk may not be returnable. Returned product needs to be in original packaging or will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Please contact your local sales rep with any questions regarding the returns process.


Authorization and Indemnification


By placing an order with Scentco, Inc., you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified in your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scentco, Inc. and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, trade dress, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
